Before

Maria studied French in high school but nearly forgot it during her studies. Hearing positive reviews about learning at Partout Languages, she decided to give it a try.

Process

Given Maria’s limited ability to work extensively at home, we devised a simple yet effective plan. Between sessions, homework involved listening to podcasts, watching films, or reading articles. Together, we chose topics and difficulty levels based on Maria’s available time and motivation. Emphasizing consistency over intensity, we aimed for regular practice rather than occasional bursts of motivation.

Sessions were structured with 25% focusing on learning new grammar concepts and activating them, and 75% on speaking and discussing podcasts, films, or articles from homework assignments. This incremental approach helped Maria steadily progress, and engaging discussions during classes motivated her to sustain her long-term goals.

After

After a year of learning, we thoroughly reviewed all the French material from high school and discussed over 30 diverse topics in French. Maria finds great pleasure in her lessons, and the results only inspire her to continue!

Once we get your application, we’ll email you a few questions about your preferences. We’ll ask about your hobbies, language goals, and availability to make sure your first lesson is perfectly suited to you!

Step 3: Trial Lesson

During your first lesson, our teacher will get to know you, assess your level, and guide you through some language exercises to showcase our methodology. This will help us set initial goals and create a plan for your first month of classes. Are you excited yet?

Step 4: The First Month

During the first month, you’ll try out different techniques and methods with our teacher to see what works best for you. By the end of the month, you can set long-term goals. Based on these goals, the teacher will create a detailed curriculum just for you.
We guarantee that after the first month, you will notice significant progress in the language as well as in your approach to learning!

Step 5: What’s next?

After the first month, you can choose to continue working with us in three options: Month-to-month, 3 months, 1 year.
