Katarzyna was convinced she had no talent for learning languages, but Wiktor proved the opposite. After a year of lessons with Partout, she jumped from beginner to B1 level in Spanish!
Katarzyna is a perfectionist. She was terrified to speak a foreign language, fearing she might make mistakes. However, before her trip to Spain for her master’s studies, she decided she wanted to master Spanish enough to finally… speak it. And that’s how she met Wiktor.
Wiktor tailored the teaching program to Katarzyna’s needs from the very beginning. The first goal was achieved surprisingly quickly—by the fifth lesson, Katarzyna began speaking Spanish. Encouraged by Wiktor’s positive feedback and amazed by the rapid progress, her motivation grew each week, along with her results.
Wiktor also considered Katarzyna’s preferences regarding learning tools. Since Katarzyna is a specialist in new technologies, Wiktor emphasized modern teaching techniques, using appropriate tools to organize materials, track progress, and motivate learning.
When we asked Katarzyna about the results she saw after a year of learning Spanish with Partout, she wrote, “after a year of learning Spanish with Wiktor from scratch, I am able to: have meaningful conversations with an Airbnb host, bus driver, and shopkeepers in Spanish (tested), and understand Spanish songs and content on Instagram. We are now working at the B1 level (after just one year, starting with the approach ‘I’m afraid to speak’ and ‘I have no talent for this’).”
“I started speaking Spanish with Wiktor from the fifth lesson. We talked about topics that interested me while using words and grammar structures I had just learned. Breaking the speaking barrier with Wiktor turned out to be quite easy.
Wiktor always tailors the lessons to my interests, learning preferences, and even my mood on a given day. He also has extensive knowledge about Spanish culture: dialects in different countries (and he can imitate them!), customs, sayings, Spanish jokes—so he was always able to answer my questions and introduce lots of information about everyday life that you won’t find in textbooks.”
